Terms of Use (EULA)

His Highest Daily presents daily devotional readings adapted from the writings of Oswald Chambers, whose works — including My Utmost for His Highest — are in the public domain in the United States. Our adaptation includes editorial formatting, design, audio narration, and supplementary AI-assisted features created by Chasing Creative.

The original text of Oswald Chambers is reproduced under public domain status. Chasing Creative makes no claim of ownership over the original Chambers writings themselves. Our original contributions (app design, audio recordings, AI-generated features, and editorial selections) remain the intellectual property of Chasing Creative.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial spiritual purposes. You agree not to:

• Reproduce or redistribute the App's original content (narrations, design, AI features) without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the App's source code.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its backend systems.

Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at dev@chasingcreative.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

His Highest Daily offers a free tier and a paid "Plus" subscription. Subscriptions may be purchased either through our website at hishighestdaily.app or, in the iOS app, as an auto-renewable in-app purchase billed through your Apple Account. A subscription purchased on either platform unlocks Plus on all your devices.

Auto-renewable subscription terms (iOS):

• Title of publication: His Highest Daily Plus
• Length of subscription: 1 month (monthly) or 1 year (annual)
• Price: $4.99/month for the monthly plan, $39.99/year for the annual plan (pricing in your local currency is shown at confirmation of purchase)
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal is identified at the time of purchase.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

A 7-day free trial may be offered to new users. After the trial period, your selected plan will begin billing automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed and cancelled in your Apple Account's subscription settings; Apple's refund policies apply to those purchases. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

By subscribing on our website, you authorize Chasing Creative (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Website subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account at hishighestdaily.app.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The App allows you to write personal journal entries ("User Content"). Your journal entries are private to your account and are not shared with other users or used for advertising. By submitting User Content, you grant Chasing Creative a limited license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you (e.g., AI-generated insights based on your own entries).

You retain full ownership of your journal entries. You may delete your content at any time, and we will remove it from our systems within a reasonable timeframe upon account deletion.

Certain premium features use artificial intelligence to generate insights, tag themes, and narrate journal reflections. AI-generated content is provided for personal encouragement and spiritual reflection purposes only. It is not intended as theological authority, counseling, or professional advice. Chasing Creative does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chasing Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
